After 16+ years of service our solar hot water tank developed a bad leak and we called out the guys from Newcastle to have a look. The afternoon of the day I made the call the Plumber was there to have a look, after having a quick look, recommended due to the age, a new tank, he also got up on the roof to inspect the panels and found they to had developed leaks. Decision made to install a full replacement system and I had the quote in my email that afternoon, booked in the install and the guys turned up on the day and on time and had it all changed over in a couple of hours. From my first phone call to the install was just over a week, super efficient service and a great job by all involved. Pete.

We had a PV system installed by Solahart Newcastle seven years ago, followed up by additional panels six months ago. Recently, the system stopped working abruptly. Until then, operation had been faultless. Solahart came out and replaced the SolarEdge inverter under warranty. It now appears to be working even better than before. We also have a Solahart rooftop solar hot water system. Although Solahart are not the cheapest on the market, I feel that this is more than made up for with the quality and reliability of the equipment, and the after sales backup. The crew on the recent visit were prompt, polite, efficient and neat and tidy. I am more than happy to recommend Solahart.

I had a battery added to my roof top solar system. Installers arrived on time, left the workplace as they found it, were accommodating of my looking in on what they were doing through the process; helped set up monitoring on the mobile phone. One of the best interactions with trades I have had.

5 star rating. Solar hot water system installation. The only concern was that the installers were not aware that this was an open circuit system and that they would need to fit frost control valves. Once alerted they fitted these valves and all was well. Since installed the system has been working well. R.J. Francis

Sales rep was excellent , install team arrived on time and clearly right across the task at hand. Team leader was excellent . Only one minor problem with the scheduling of work. We were given an installation date then the day before install were told it would be deferred as they hadn’t inspected work site . On inspection the installation date was further pushed due to slope of the roof, needed extra workers to assist with job. Disappointing delay when it was noted originally the roof slope was greater than normal. I needed to make contact with scheduler to finally arrive at an installation date – better communication would have been appreciated
