After 16+ years of service our solar hot water tank developed a bad leak and we called out the guys from Newcastle to have a look. The afternoon of the day I made the call the Plumber was there to have a look, after having a quick look, recommended due to the age, a new tank, he also got up on the roof to inspect the panels and found they to had developed leaks. Decision made to install a full replacement system and I had the quote in my email that afternoon, booked in the install and the guys turned up on the day and on time and had it all changed over in a couple of hours. From my first phone call to the install was just over a week, super efficient service and a great job by all involved. Pete.

Our experience with our new solar electric install was great in all respects from the beginning to its completion. The office staff were very helpful with our many questions regarding the various possible options to establish the most suitable system for our situation. The installation staff were equally helpful and courteous in discussing the various site options. Then everything was completed carefully and professionally. Even the follow-up calls have been attentive and helpful. We have felt no pressure to do anything their way, but rather they have sought to ensure we are happy at every step.
